How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

1. You want to upgrade your subscription

You can upgrade your account at anytime with immediate effect. You just have to go to the Pricing page and to configure the offer that suits your need.

The unused period (pro rata) of your former subscription is deducted from your first invoice. A new subscription starts immediately and your former subscription is deleted. The billing period change and is reset to 0.

For example:

You subscribed to a $50/month plan on the first of the month. On the 15th of the month, you want to upgrade your account to $100/month plan.

You didn’t use the last 15 days of your $50 subscription, that is $25.

So you will pay $100 - $25 = $75 for the new subscription for the current month, then, you will pay $100 the 15th of the following months (and no more on the 1st of the month).

It works the same way for monthly and annual subscriptions.

2. You want to downgrade your subscription

You can downgrade your account at anytime with immediate effect. You just have to go to the Pricing page and to configure the offer that suits your need.

Your former subscription will be deleted. A new subscription starts immediately. The amount you didn’t use with your former subscription is deducted from the new invoice.

If the unused amount of your former subscription is higher than the amount you have to pay for your new subscription, the first invoice will be $0 and the remaining amount is lost. No refund will be entitled. You should wait until the end of the month of your current subscription before downgrading your account.

For example:

You subscribed to a $200/month plan on the first of the month. On the 15th of the month, you want to downgrade your account to $50/month plan.

You didn’t use the last 15 days of your $200 subscription, that is $100.

So you will pay $50 - $100 = $0 for the new subscription for the current month, then, you will pay $200 the 15th of the following months (and no more on the 1st of the month).

It works the same way for monthly and annual subscriptions.

3. You want to change the subscription period (monthly, annual)

It works the same ways as for upgrade and downgrade.

A subscription period change means the creation of a new subscription and the cancellation of the former subscription.

When you change the billing period, the unused amount of your subscription is deducted from our new invoice.

Please note if you change your annual subscription to a monthly subscription and if the unused amount of your former subscription is higher than the amount to pay for your new subscription, the first invoice is $0 and the remaining amount is lost. No refund will be entitled. You should wait until the end of the month of your current subscription before switching to a monthly plan.
